I don't think that we should all be so down on small talk, after all it's only a way of being polite.Sometimes if I find myself in a particular situation such as in a lift or waiting for a bus with only one other person I find myself instigating small talk just to avoid that awkward silence. And I have often sensed the relief in the other person that I was the one who made the first move!

...I said she did say that but she says she said what you said she said to me but she told him that I had said that you said that to him and me then she said that she said that I said that but honestly when she said that I said that you said I always say that but I never do except when she says things about me like she said I never do but when she says that I have to say what she said about you and him and me because something she said was what she said to me you said it when I had said that to you and not to her or him but she wont ever say that to me or you.
