How to Examine Your Testicals

Last November, the UK's ITV Morning Show showed a live demonstration of how to examine your testicles, with a reality TV star that had a history of medical issues with this testicles.

The first half of the interview is Chris Hughes (who starred in a show called Love Island) discussing his medical problems. If you want to jump to the self-examination portion, skip to about the half-way point.



Those Brits aren't afraid to discuss these issues on nationwide morning TV. Good for them!

Yeah, that surprised me too, but then I thought
he was showing what it would look like if you
were examining your own testicles, rather than
having it done by a doctor.

really this is usefull. Two years ago, I touch my balls and found a small "extra ball". Quickest I go to medical exam and fortunately, this was nothing. But it´s very important touch, feel and notice any strange thing to your medical

Over 20 years ago, I noticed a lump (My third ball) went to the Dr. who examined it then said it's just a Cyst and I should keep an eye (Hand) on it, and if it ever Grows, Starts to Hurt or gets uncomfortable, I should get it removed.I'm now 76 and still have 3 balls. Coscar.

I do a check every payday (just so I remember when to do it) I found a lump once, major panic, tuned out to be an epididymal cyst (phew). It went, but came back again a few years later, and has been gone ever since.

It sounds weird to guys who probably play with their bits all the time, but get to know them, always worth checking your bits guys.
