MEDIAFIRE because in my area it was the fastest without have to be premium user. And it allows bulk and continous downloading without bypass time limit. And it supports resume download.
it's pity that i can't choose 2.
mine vote is megaupload - big files, very fast, i dont need premium account
but i like also:
mediafire - free, fast, no accounts needed. cool, but sometimes the speed is very low ;/
rapidshare - i always buy a premium acc for 24h if i need to download sth big.
and the rest:
hotfile - lately it's faster than it used to, but it's surely not a demon of speed
sharingmatrix - hmm.... honestly - i've never used it!
sendspace - i dont have an opinion. i don't use it very often

I have premium accounts at Rapidshare, Hotfile and Filesonic (formerly Sharingmatrix).
The Filesonic I got when so many started uploading to it. Filesonic has been a bit disappointing. Early on when I would want to DL movies with multi I would load the files in the DL manager but the later file links would expire before they started to DL. The DLs were always slow. Then at the end of July my premium account stopped even though paypal had made the next payment. It took three weeks to resolve and Filesonic never answered an email until the day my account was restored. It was only restored after filing a dispute with paypal and then escalating that dispute to a claim. Filesonic never gave an explanation and offered no refund for the down time. Not terribly impressive. I'm still keeping it though because so many people upload their files there and it is not friendly to free users.
For free use MU and Mediafire are both excellent.

Everybody told your Hoster its the Best. I`m to FileServe switched and from every point of view satisfied.
Hotfile or Rapidshare.. but right now I'll go with HF because my RS account has expired.
There are a few I can't use because they just won't work for me, so it's always gutting when there's a hot vid but I can't download it because of the file host!!
