Hinduism

The Kama Sutra is a Hindu book about sensual love that is considered a sacred text. It is okay with homosexuality. Dr. Pillai (Dattatreya Siva Baba) of astroved.com also approves of homosexuality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lRjGsTUUlQ

Theistic Satanism

In Theistic Satanism, Satan is seen as a real entity, not just a symbol! According to Faust, Satan is Governor Supreme of the Infernal Empire. Satan is a Spirit of self-empowerment and lust.

Wicca & Paganism

Wicca & Paganism are accepting of the homosexual lifestyle. Those are nature-based religions that often deal with God/Goddess, different types of other spirits, witchcraft and magick.

Some adepts are into Ancient Deities of Rome, Greece, Egypt, Sumer or Babylon. It's a very wide path that may appeal to many.

Kabbalah

The Kabbalah Center is open to people of all religious beliefs (or lack thereof) and sexual orientations as Kabbalah is not a religion; Kabbalah pre-dates religion. There is also such thing as the Satanic rendition of the Kabbalah. Kabbalah is based on the Zohar, which is a mystical interpretation of the Old Testament.

Christianity

A number of Christian Churches are actually okay with homosexuality.

I'll stick to Agnosticism and Laicism/Secularism for the time being. It's almost refreshing to see that some belief systems "accept" us and/or have no problem with the gay lifestyle.

Ancient Pagan/wiccan religions are very new age, earthly and welcoming.

I am very sorry to tell you that, but ancient paganism religions were not homo-friendly and still today are not ( google Asatru). i encountered a lot of hate when i met pagans and told them i was gay. they say their goddess is a mother, a goddess of fertility which do not match the homosexual life.
it is known that in former times homosexual men were dumped in swamps for this reason.
maybe the us-american pagans are different and have more of a "laissez faire" point of view, but the pagans i met here in germany do not want gays. :(

Loretta, homosexuality was very much practised and accepted in Ancient Rome, Greece & Egypt. Please don't let those Pagans you've encountered deter you from this path. There are many welcoming and gay-friendly Pagans all over the world, especially online.

As I already mentioned in a past post, for some it may sound strange, but in Italy there is a Christian church that also celebrates gay marriage. :)

This is the Waldensian Church.

Really irreverent with the Vatican.

It's also worth mentioning that many mainstream religions have their intolerant sides, but also strains where love and acceptance are central values.
The Episcopal bishop of New Hampshire recently retired. He's openly gay. The Paulist center in Boston has been progressive (and in trouble with Rome) for decades.

Then there is Salem, Massachusettes. A seaport town north of Boston. It went crazy in days of yore, and burned a number of woman as witches. Now Salem is home to more lesbian witches per capita than anyplace in the world. (Not a hard fact...just my experience).

I would use a quote from Bender from Futurama and modify it a little - "Religion is the pimple on society's ass." Why do you need religion today? Can't you think for yourself, can't you tell what is good versus evil without the need of a group to tell you who you should believe, what you should believe. It's very nice that those religions are gay friendly, but why as a gay would I need to follow a herd, beside the friendly herd of gays that just want to be together without praising someone that died 2000 years ago or that will die soon (Popeman). Why can't we just agree that religion, although it has done great things, is also the cause of several wars which are still going on today. A little girl in Afghanistan was shot just because she requested what is fully stated in the chart of human rights that "one has the right to education" she is denied from being educated and condemn to be a slave to her future husband because of religious beliefs. She's a child for god sake's I understand in the Maya and Aztec era it was okay to kill a child, but in 2012 is it acceptable?

Pagan or not, religion is the cause of so much chaos from past to present that I believe we can definitely live without it. One of the most beautiful and meaningful song written by John Lennon was "Imagine"... Yes! Imagine all the people living for today!

I'd have to say that Buddhism is the most LGBT-friendly religion, because it is not dogmatic. There is no one to say what is the right and wrong interpretation.

@arjun:
there is right and wrong interpretation in the buddhist religion, who told you that there is not? and if you ask the dalai lama (who is one of the leaders in buddhism) he will tell you that gay sex is wrong, that anal or oral sex between a man and a woman is also wrong, he said this often and you can read this in his scripts, just google "dalai lama and gay" and you will find a lot about that
btw i do not think that there is any religios or moral system that can exist without right or wrong, otherwise it would be pointless if there is no difference at all in what we do

I have to say that I agree with you. So much bad things have been done and will be done using religion as the reason, it shocks me. Like you said we can definitely live without religions. I just hope that would be possible some day.

I just hope that would be possible some day also.

But, alas! We are dealing with the human race.

The species that, despite years and years of history, mistakes, wars, massacres, has not learned anything from all this. X_X

Ironically, the story, as matter of study, has almost disappeared from the program at schools.
