how do i post pics?

been a while since i visited/participated and now can't figure how to post a (re)introductory pic-set. i'm signed in but when i click for the instructional tutorial, the following error msg appears: Oops! We ran into some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

Hello, Darien! I tried to visit the thread a moment ago. For me it was okay. So perhaps you should write a message to one of the moderators/administrators to solve this problem. At least you can write a normal message, so it should be possible for you to reach some of the techies here.
