Too little. Always needed very little sleep, but now I usually sleep at this one guys house, and we always stay up late. I'm the one who has to wake up very early for work.. Been sleeping about 4hours per night. But i wanna spent time with him, and work takes that time away. And all the other things I'm supposed to have time to do... Hard not living together, but way too soon for it also. But still, it's all more on positive side:)

Since getting one of those foam mattresses, which cause one to overheat even in the dead of winter, I've slept in underwear and t-shirt under just a sheet with the ceiling fan blowing down on me. Unless you're chronically cold, even in the summer, I wouldn't recommend one of those foam mattresses.

I sleep in boxer briefs and a t-shirt usually. I'm also weird in that I don't require a lot of sleep.

Commando with a light sheet made of bamboo fibers during warm weather. Add a comforter during cold nights. Always have the fan on.

Only briefs - and not so well. Usually need some pills.

In the nude all year round. If the person sharing the bed or the room with me is uncomfortable with me being nude (has happened more than once) I'll put on a t shirt and sleeping pants, but I simply can't stand to sleep in boxers, briefs or anything tight around the crotch.
Sleeping has recently become a priority, when I realised my inconsistent sleeping habits were basically destabilizing my entire routine. That means a minimum 8 hours/night for me now, and 9 or more whenever I get the chance. Definetely recommend anyone who's in need of some positive change to look into their sleeping hours..
