ok
here is the thing . i have a really good face and body , but i think i could really use a bigger ass !
i work out 4-5 times a week at the gym , i wanna have a ripped body and a six pack abs , but i dont want my ass to get smaller ! any tips !?:thinking:

Do weighted squats constantly so that your butt starts to develop thick muscles over your butt!

I am an expert by experience on this topic. Some years ago my buttocks started to disappear; a typical aging problem (I am 66 now). I hated that, for two reasons. Your buttock muscles are essential for your posture (to keep upright) and they help so pleasant preventing your trousers slip down.
After various experiments I finally discovered a way that was successful. I made a simple buttock-fitness-machine. You can compare it with an old fashioned weighing machine. A vertical stand containing at different heights big nails. These serve as a pivot for a piece of plastic pipe.
It works as follows.
You put the thing at the foot of your bed. You will lie on your belly and lay the rub your feet on the sides of the pipe. The chance for imbalance is in fact 100 percent. The muscles of you buttocks try to correct this imbalance by contracting and extracting. In fact this is a basic control system with the characteristic that there is a continuous deviation; a fluctuation around the equilibrium. There is a continuous sequence of small muscle movements in your buttocks.
I know it seems a bit ridiculous but it works fine. And it costs no effort. Every night I use the machine for about 15 minutes. The only practical work it costs is that I make under while a cross-word puzzle.
I am 66 years of age and have the buttocks of a ballet dancer. I walk as a youngster again and my periodical back-pain is gone.

So you have a REALLY good face and body, trains 4-5 times a week but don't want your ass to get smaller. Your ass will just follow the training you provide it (it all depends of your morphology and how you train), therefore if you trains 4-5 times a week, you'll get ripped and have your six packs but your ass will shape according to the training you provide and of course it may not get the shape that you want if you train it too hard. Depending of your morphology if your goal is to get a bubble ass but you're more of the triangular one, I can tell you right now that you won't get that bubble ass period. I am predominant to a bubble ass as my butt cheeks are rounded from the very start. And beside dude, if you're already that hot and I know you have a boyfriend whom like you like for who you are, why don't you follow the same ideology and start appreciate what you already have. There's some parts of your body that will just not form the way you want it no matter how much exercise you're doing. Keep training and eat well and stay beautiful and perhaps one day you'll wake up with a massive ass (that also could be a tumor :rofl::rofl::rofl:) and if you really want to built up some muscles on your ass, there's plenty of starving trainers that would love to teach you how to achieve it. I am naturally fit and have a cutie ass and frankly if everything matches so well with your body, why do you want to change it? Unless you really have a flat ass... now that would be a good reason, but from what you said Really Good face and body, I take that you don't have to change much... yes adding definition is always good, but don't go crazy with puny details. What will be your next question? I want a new penis because it doesn't match my testicles:rofl::rofl::rofl:

now that i think , my ass is not really that small , but i will be the way hotter with a bigger ass :d . ind considering the fact that im not a full botom (im vers) i think im paying to much atention to my ass :D . i would post a pic of my ass so u can tell me should i be woried or not , but i dont have any pic right now .
but im gonna post another pic,its me befor geting back to gym (about 1 year ago):

I'm sure there are plenty of good hints already in this thread. Just one thing I want to say - I wish you had used a word other than "bigger". When I hear it said of someone that he or she has a big arse, it's generally meant in the sense of fat. I am assuming that's not what you want. Moreover, one of the things many gay men, myself included, find attractive about the male physique is the shape of a man's arse, which is naturally smaller and narrower than that of a woman, who is biologically geared up for childbearing.I've heard it said that (straight) women often also find this feature of men attractive - they "like our nice little bums".
What you are probably looking for is a way to get your arse more muscular, and that's a totally different thing - and a highly laudable ambition. A really good muscle arse will look narrow when viewed directly from the rear, but when seen in profile you will see the very pronounced curve of the glutes.Ideally, rather than the cheeks being perfectly round, as implied by the expression "bubble butt", there should be a noticeable hollow at each side, between the glute muscle and the hipbone.

From that picture dude you have pretty much a good looking silhouette, just add some definition to your abs and someday you'll have that:p:




By the way you were looking quite good already don't overdo the buffing thing you'll remove your natural good looking :no: My training doesn't involve weight lifting... it's only martial arts and gymnastic... I can bench 200 lbs without a sweat, I trained Alex the same way and we both have pretty much the same morphology now. My muscles are developed for power and endurance not masses.
