how do you deal with it? do you take a step back, and stay calm? or do you charge at them, and yell and scream? or is there a middle ground..you use?

I find it hard to stay calm.....lol

Maybe we wouldn't relate but I'm a calm dude so if anything was to pop off, I'd leave and catch some fresh air. I hate arguments.
