Cricket is the most BORING sport. If I had to choose between watching a cricket match or shooting myself then consider me dead.

No I don't think Cricket is boring!
although some individual games are. As to how long does a game last, well Test Match can be for 6 hrs a day for 5 days but the high octane 20/20 version is all over in about 3.5 hrs

OK, I'll try to look on a bright side of cricket. The great thing about cricket is that it gives you time to do other things while the game is on. You can eat, chat, read, look things up on the internet - and that's while you are at the game. At home, with the TV on, you can play with the cats, prepare a meal, wash the dishes, write a speech, wrap birthday gifts...I'm sure there's no other game where you can incorporate so many other activities into your viewing experience.
