I read it in the newspaper. In Bristol is a Zoo. And the Zoo has a parking (which Zoo hasn't). About 150 parking places and room for touring cars. Since 25 years the parking place was organised by a friendly (now old) man. Suddenly he did not appear. After two days the administration of the Zoo telephoned to the ministry of Bristol asking about the problem. Was the man ill, and if so, what would be the action of the ministry? The ministry answered that the parking place was owned by the Zoo and not the local government. There was an interesting discussion between both parties. But at the end the truth came out. The parking place was owned by the zoo, but the friendly old man had confiscated the place and was able to earn in the past 25 years about 6 million pounds! Who says that initiative doesn't pay?
