wrd Inegras. I personally like to wear less clothes. WHen lolling around my room i'd be in just boxers....and im getting so comfortable that i went out in a snowy weather with nothing but a towel, the students within the vicinity looked at me with astonishment and a hint of disgust...but i didn't care--just wanted to get my pizza from the delivery guy.

I don't know that law but it wouldn't surprise me. We still have some strange old laws on the statute books but they're largely ignored untill something comes up to challenge them
As for the helmets, that's a new one to me !!

It was the law here that when a man and woman walking on the sidewalk , the man must be closest to the street. Because people would throw the "chamber pot" contents out the window into the street, if they didn't throw hard enough it would hit the man rather than the women. Most cities just haven't bothered wasting time repealing the law. Obviously it's not inforced.

That kind of thing should happen with guys (in North American society) more often. Not just because it might be eyecandy for "me", but because it would theoretically cut the negative tension between guys about sexuality.
Maybe one conversation starter would be to gently pinch your male friends' nipples (one at a time or group) and say "how's it hangin'?" (okay, maybe not that safe/realistic, but one way to start the trend..)

Scenario:
You are out and about on a really hot day wearing say a suit, or jeans/casual etc, but not shorts. You go for a walk in the park, people are lying out in the sun etc., relaxing. But you feel grumpy about being stuck in too many clothes... it just so hot! Would you strip down to your underwear in public, like this:

People routinely walk around naked at Berkeley. A guy named Andrew Martinez became quite famous in the 1990s for doing so.
