Nice Dream?

I cannot remember the last time I had a pleasant dream.I don't have nightmares but my dreams are a mish mash of rubbish Very rarely do they involve anybody I know and have no meaning at all.What I do or watch on TV has no bearing on the dreams.When I wake I get up because if I go back to sleep they get worse.As regards erotic dreams forget it.Anybody else with the same problem?

Have you tried to physically exhaust yourself before sleeping to zonk out without dreaming or actively thinking of one thing to attempt dreaming about it?

What do you mean by rubbish? Why do they have no meaning? It's hard for me to tell what your dreams are actually about. Are you in stressful situations? Are you in scenarios where you are uncomfortable? A bit more detail would help.

Dream

No stress,money worries.I exercise hard and as a 24/7 carer for my partner am very busy.This does not stress me and I am a contented person.My mother had the same problem.They have no meaning and although not a problem in themselves once I wake I prefer to get up than have more.I do not drink any more and eat well.I do not think there is any answer.I just wondered if there were others in the same boat.
