I'm glad that he would leave, but Venezuela has denied claims that Gaddafi is going to receive asylum in their country.

There are also stories on news sites about him ordering his Air Force to bomb the protesters and some pilots actually taking off and flying to Malta to seek asylum because they just won't do it. GOOD FOR THEM! I wish they would have turned around and bombed Gaddafi's palace instead...AND didn't he get the memo that the PORNSTACHE went out in like 1990?...and he wanted to be "dictator for life":rofl::rofl:

Right now I don't know what is more disturbing--Gaddafi's mass killings of his own people to maintain power, or the suggestions of some that the US/Nato intervene militarily in Libya. The Libyan people insist that they do NOT want that to happen, they don't want the US invading, and turning their authentic desire for social change and reform on their terms into an Iraqi style of puppet "democracy." The people of Iraq are also rising up, and their government broke up a protest by killing at least 29 people. The success of these revolutions has the power to drastically change the world; we shouldn't let the US/Nato strategic interests win Libya and discredit the people's movements.
