I can't see how it could be regional - that would be very hard to do.

Keep an eye on what happens as you log in and log out, and I think you'll soon see what we're on about.

I have noticed over the past few days the site is much quicker and not seeing that Server Busy red box at the top of the screen at all.

Hopefully it is all sorted now :)
