Shaving (face) --electric or just regular blade?

I tend to use disposable razors a lot, but there are times when I do use the electric one also.

I use an electric shaver. The Nivea for Men shavers of Philips are great. They are small and apply shaving cream. It seems they now have even more advanced models, but they are quite pricy. Buy them on airports with good duty free stores.

I tried all sorts of electric shavers but they never did more than half a job, so now I always use what someone called those crappy disposables - they work fine (at least the Gillette ones with 2 blades and a soft pad do - tried the four blade Wilkinsons and they really WERE crap!).

I had a big operation in hospital a couple of years ago. I was given FOUR disposables to shave the hair on my chest the night before before they cut my chest open. I think they did that to give me something to do to take my mind off things. I blunted all four razors before I'd finished - I think that was when I finally realised that I probably wasn't a smooth twink any more!!

to me electric seems to be more economically efficient..
those razor blades dull so easily and the cost of shaving cream really adds up
my electric blade was just around $40 and lasted me almost 4 years.

When I was younger I needed to shave twice to "look good". It was such a chore...I have been bearded nearly all of my adult life. Shaving is so barbaric lmao.
