Germany again is in football (or perhaps as you say "soccer") fever. Again you can see here the most cars with Black-Red-Gold banners, the same on thousands of balconies and the fans pilgrimage to the fan parks with their flags, their pennants, their painted flags on their faces, their hats in the German colours. And they are cheerful and celebrate their national team.
So far so good or so bad.
Now suddenly the Green Party declares these fans as horrible nationalists. All these flag addoment is Nazi-like and should be forbidden at once. It is unbearable to see all these flags only because of some men who are playing football.
These utterances engendered a real shitstorm against the Green Party. And now - will wonders never cease! - too the SPD the Social Democrats are thinking that all these flags may be harmful.

I'm ashamed about our politicians. They remove more and more from their people - and than they are wondering that the voters change to right wing parties. Idiots! X( X( X(
