I have checked you links and have been laughing my ass off because some of the expression in there are very old and it's also by regions. I'll pick up some of them and bring it forward and give some details on them. Some were really old and some are really coming from the little village of my ass which only few people visit every years LOL. See "coming from the little village of my ass" is a very old expression... not so many knows it and yet it have been used for years where I'm from. :rofl:

When my partners kids discovered I was from Canada, they immediately wanted to know if I could speak french. Sadly not as much as I used to, but thankfully I was able to teach them how to swear.

From what I understand, they were quite popular for a few days once school started and they could share their new found knowledge.

Definitely, I learned something new by reading here! I just saw this today and ironically I just signed up to join this event by the French-American Chamber of Commerce.

Je commence seulement à apprendre le français! J'aimerais vraiment en apprendre plus sur la langue et la culture en France (aussi, la Nouvelle-France). :cheers:

I'm learning French at the moment since it seems like everyone I get attract are French people (friends) when I go to meet-ups. Funny, since I speak Spanish. WTF?! :rofl:

Also, this Nigerian musician is going to perform and it reminded me of Jake.

Good song for Jake and Alex.

Well if this is your wish dude I'll start updating it again, just tell me what you'd like to learn? And Spanish & Creole where my real first language, but since I have been speaking French for so long I've lost my Spanish accent, but I sure can read Spanish still and although I don't understand Catalan completely, I understand several forms of central and south American Spanish
