Scanning through this thread, it's clear.
For European guys, food is a sophisticated art. Life as art.

We Americans...quick and cheap. We've gotten better, but have a way to go.

I just finished my evening meal, by the way. Half a rib eye steak, pine nut couscous, and a glass of Malbec. I don't usually drink wine on Monday, but I had an early day at work, so it's allowed.

I ate an omelette with pesto and cheese and black beans for lunch.

For tonight I had something, that most people would not combine that way. Two slices with brown bread/tin loaf (don't know, how it's called), one with the yellow honey the other with ham sausage. Works with white-bread too. I loved to eat that as a child, now I eat that rarely.

I am going to eat some Italian penne in a marinated crote de nez sauce sprinkled with crumbled boogass. with that I will have some crusty French bread with a garlic/herb spread....so very yummy. :thumbs up: oh yes...a big glass of red wine.
