Personality is the most important thing to me, but I took the poll question to mean what's the first physical atttribute that catches my attention. And in my case it's definitely his ARSE (not "ass" ).

As for me, it's definitely more about the personality. Yes, they say looks aren't everything, but it's a little bit of something... you wouldn't date someone that you're not at least slightly attracted to and that's just being honest.
