Haircut Haircut Haircut!!!!!!​

Yes I got a bloody haircut, the first one since early December so the lion's mane has had a No.4 all over!!! I didn't even try on Monday when the UK hairdressers opened up again as I knew the queues would be terrible but just after lunchtime today it was manageable with only a 40minute wait, but sitting outside the salon in the warm(ish) spring sunshine was fine.:thumbs up::thumbs up:

I'm really curious how the Oscars will go down this year. It truly has been a strange year for movies! :nail biting:

Nomadland seems like the favourite to win but I do worry that it's gotten the favourite title too early...

Don't you just hate it when it won't stay up, no matter how many times you try, it just flops back down again. I am talking about the tailgate on my van, what did you think I meant?
It's a problem so easy to solve, a pair of gas struts was £11 for the cheappo brand, no point in paying full price for a part which is non critical. Fitting is easier than it looks, pull off the circlip from the old strut to make it removeable, whack the new strut in place, a lump of wood helps, and bingo, no more erection worries.

It's official - the third series of Derry Girls starts on Tuesday on C4 here in UK.

Series 2 ended in April 2019 and S3 was commissioned for 2020 but the dreaded Covid scuppered their plans and fans have had to wait. So it's time to binge watch S1 and S2 before it kicks off. I just hope that the magic is still there.
