Though not in the same league (or anywhere close) as the loss of a loved one but my useless ISP has still not managed to sort out my dead phone line or broadband speeds of up to a massive 0.25 Mbps it's over a week now……it will come as no surprise that I shall be leaving them at the earliest opportunity
btw, are you subscribed to EE ?
I feel sorry for you cause I know it is very frustrating...
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the problem will be solved soon
