Dull days ahead

While it will be partly clear in parts of the country in the morning, cloud cover will intensify across the whole country during the day on Monday. COLD.
I just got home and the oil heat guy was parked across the street packing up. "Were you at my house?" I asked.
Oh yes. I have a three story, three apartment house, flat roof. The gutters are frozen, the downspouts are frozen. Three story icicles hanging off the house. Now the infill for my tenants oil tank is encased in major ice. Water is getting into the tank. The guy rigged up a temporary fix, but can't do more (or deliver oil) until the three foot ice cube is removed.
Anyone wanna help? I'll give you a HUGE vodka on the rocks!
