Winston, I like some of the things you have shown, they bring back memories of a happier more carefree time before starting to eat healthily.

Honey BBQ Chicken Bites, Kraft Mac & Cheese, Birdseye Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Kroger Buttermilk Biscuits

Out all day. Got home late. Nothing from scratch tonight, lol, but it was delicious and I felt as full as if I had eaten a steak!

I also had 2 tbs peanut butter mixed with 2 tbs clover honey with a warm buttermilk biscuit to drag through it plus a hot cup of black coffee for desert!

We have been eating a lot of air fried breaded keto style summer squash, Zucchini and green tomatoes with pork tenderloin and pork roast all week. There was a local grocery store that had gotten a huge mistaken shipment of Hormel pork tenderloins and pork roasts, a whole semi full. They had a flash sale of 2 for $5.00. I filled a grocery cart full and put them in the deep freeze. The veggies are from our garden.

I did quick-pickled tomato (fresh from the garden!) and a cilantro-jalapeno chicken thigh. And rosé, because it's summer ;-)

Grilled Pacific saury that has been dredged with ginger powder to neutralize the strongish flavour.

Turkey with roasted red peppers, havarti cheese, and horseradish mustard on rye bread with a side of steak fries. Trying to get some yard work done before it starts raining again so I did not feel like cooking. Cheesecake for dessert, but that will have to wait till later.
