"Volver" by Almodóvar. Starring Penelope Cruz.
Gorgeous. One of the best movies he's ever done in my opinion. I used to watch this movie at least once a day back in '08.

'Passengers' - I watched three quarters of it , and then gave up. It was too slow. I went to wikipedia to read how it ended.

I watched "Is It Just Me?". A gay romantic comedy with cute actors and some interesting dialogue... but the story is just too simple and most of the apparent "problems" are clearly just constructed to keep the two lovey doveys from finding each other right from the start. Worth watching for David Loren.

Telstar - The Joe Meek story
Saw this performed on stage before they made the movie. Glad they kept Con O' Neil in the lead role, he was just mesmerizing playing a man breaking down. Joe Meek was a genius in his field, and paved the way for many record producers who followed him. A very tragic story , no need to fictionalise any of it, the truth is more interesting.
Written & directed by the actor Nick Moran.
