I watched Excalibur last night. I was a little sad afterward, as it didn't thrill me like it used to. Although I still love Helen Mirren as Morgana, a lot of the other characters bored me. Oh well...
Just watched Tarsem Singh's "The Fall" again... the cinematography is stunning, the vibrant colours and great use of locations in Rajastan, Agra/Jaiphur/Udaipur & Jodphur as well as Bali, Fiji and the deserts of Namibia.... and an imagination to rival Terry Gilliam or Guillermo Del Toro.. 6 yr old Catinca Untaru is wonderful in the role of Alexandria.
