Richard Loving, a white construction worker in Caroline County, Virginia, falls in love with a local black woman...

Based on true events, LOVING is a beautiful movie about hope and love. Even despite everything, all the adversity and hardship there is always hope...

That is soooo true - a great and wonderful movie!!! :thumbs up::thumbs up::thumbs up:

The Only Living Boy in NY (Amazon). Predictable, full of usual NY narcissism....

"Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker". Ugh.

I can second that. We watched 9 films and this was the conclusion they were all driving towards??

Adam Driver is magnificent, though, as he has been throughout this series. He is almost good enough to justify all empty plot around him.

THE KILL TEAM really a very shocking and upsetting movie. But a story (it's based on true events) which has to be told! Not everyone will like it - but there will be always people who dislike criticism.

SIXTY SIX one of the best comedies or better tragicomedies I've seen in a very, very long time. A boy's barmitzvah looks set to be a disaster when it coincides with the 1966 World Cup Final. Marvelous! A MUST SEE!!!!!

I watched SCROOGED with Bill Murray tonight.

Every year between Thanksgiving (late November) and New Years I try and watch a bunch of movies on my holiday list. Started this year with Desk Set, an old movie starring Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn. Die Hard is on my to-do list in the next few days.

Dead in a Week Or Your Money Back (2018)

After failing to commit suicide seven times, "10 if you count cries for help", William enlists the help of aging assassin Leslie to do it for him...

Fantastic British black comedy, hilarious and clever throughout.

If you have half a brain and a full heart, this is the must-see movie for you.
