Probably the last one I saw was Soul, it was a pretty good and mature movie that really makes you rethink your life decisions.

I just watched Monsters University for the second time. I don't think I appreciated it the first time because it is brilliant and better than I remembered!

I'm usually iffy about prequels, but this one was so well done.

This is not a terrible film, I've seen far worse, but when a movie porports to be about David Bowie and turns out to have barely fuck all to do with the great singer, you have to ask, why did they bother making it and why did I bother watching it?

Well "The good Doctor" Mark Kermode slammed it in his recent review..... not one of his full-on rants though

I finally got around to watching Avengers End Game. It was well done, but about what I expected. I'd heard people mentioning various parts in conversations, but actually seeing the scenes was good. I'd say, "Oh, that was what Bob mentioned," and so on. Good, long movie.

In this pandemic i watched World War Z.

Well the excellent Sicario had a really interesting plot and a great script; Roger Deakin cinematography; Emily Blunt as a strong female lead and Denis Villeneuve directing.....

.......this has none of them, and I guess that's why it's turn out to be a stinker of a movie - avoid!

Rurouni Kenshin. This is a Samurai flick set at the start of the Meiji Restoration. Sword fighting action scenes are superb.
