Our Milky Way galaxy has +/- 200 BILLION STARS...
every colorful swirl or smudge here is a GALAXY and this is just 1 portion of the sky - there are (best guess) 200 BILLION Galaxies out there! WOW!

(I use it as wallpaper on my computer with a little white arrow pointing to a galaxy in the back saying "YOU ARE HERE!" - keeps me humble)

Those little guys are real. I can't remember what kind they are.
The puppy on the limb is the second cutest dog ever.
Mine is the cutest ever!!

wow thats cute, I always look up to guys or girls who hold hands in public.. it shows that they truly don't care about what the public think and are so fond of each other that nothing or no one can hurt them <3..

Uhm.. nah uh mr! lol my dog is the cutest dog ever! .. I have to find a picture of her where I had put a party hat on her and I held a camera in front of her for the first time and she didn't know what it was so she tilted her head and looked at me and I had luckily shot it just in time to preserve the memory

Ya, it was a crazy storm. No rain just wind and lighting, lots and lots of lighting. If I wasn't such a noob at photography I probably would have got several spectacular shots. I did get some other lighting pics but there weren't too special.

I'd say their pretty spectacular themselves. I've driven through Montana and saw the most stunning skies. Have you ever seen the northern lights? I never have but love seeing pictures of them...and hope to one day. I posted one early on in the thread I got from the internet.

We gotta get you outta NJ more often Joe...I can go 5 miles outside the "city" I live in (50,000 people - you guys call that a village out east right?) and see more deep stars and on the right night the crazy green waves of Northern Lights. It's awesome (and more fun if you some green of your own to enjoy) but it IS a blast to just sit out there and watch the show.
