If your ISP belongs to the UK's IWF (Internet Watch Foundation) they'll probably block access to Fileserve regardless of whether you are a free user or have a premium account. I might be wrong, but I wouldn't take the risk unless someone knows otherwise.
The list of affected ISPs is about six posts back from this one.
