recently i watched the doentary ''Zeistgeist''. The first part of it was about the Christian religion. I highly recommend you watch it.

Basically, it shows the similarities between the story of Jesus and the stories from different mythologies precedent to Jesus, most notably the myth of the sun god Horus which bears many similarities.

I believe in god, but then that belief is going away lil by lil these days...
