yes, but not in a conventional way. a Higher Power to me are the elements around us, as they each have their own properties.

IF I believed in God, it would be the God of the french philosopher Charles Fourier, a God who rules the creation NOT trough law and punishment, but trough ATTRACTION. Which means : when you´re horny, it´s God speaking

But I´m an atheist, so the answer is no. (But Fouriers philosophy is very fascinating; probably the only moral system in western history that isn´t founded on the repression of desire and pleasure.)

YES God exist
The history of Christianity is fraught with hypocrisy and lies, so I don't believe in a Christian God, or any deity in particular. On the other hand, I'm still open to the possibility of their being a god in a more metaphorical sense - we know so little about the universe we live in that there could very well be some unknown power that had a hand in its creation.
