Ive had the oddest (but I suppose a good) thing happen over these past few months. For the past couple of years I have loved cigarettes and at points, have managed to burn through as much as a pack in just a single night. Never tried or wanted to quit but now, I'm down to no more than five per day; sometimes less. My cravings the past few months have just been going down on their own. Though I guess it's not too odd; the drop in cravings started around the same time I got a Playstation.
Also, something that hasn't happened until recently but is regular now is when I do get a craving but it's not enough to make me want to put down the newspaper, book or whatever else I happen to be occupied with so it just fades. Sometimes, not even that much. Other things I've had brief cravings for a smoke unable to overcome include being comfy in my chair and focusing my eyes on inanimate objects.
Or, in a nutshell, it would seem laziness is actually contributing somewhat to my long term health!
