I like Belgium's fries as well with all the topping options. I often just use mayonnaise but like ketchup as well. Like to mix mayo and ketchup too. Do like the English salt and vinegar also. Don't care too much for the cheese toppings.

I started going to this burger joint after Pres. Obama was spotted there.
I'd never heard of the place but it turns out they make an excellent burger and fries. They always have a handwritten sign on the wall telling you what farm town the potatoes came from that day. Besides standard fries they offer 'Cajun' fries which are hot, hot , hot. I got them once only as they were too fiery.

Interesting; I wonder if any archeologists have searched the ruins of ancient cities for signs of civilized use of sauces on fried potatoes
..............could be the next wave of proof of life on mars too, if an empty fries container were found.So if I extrapolate from this interesting premise, the remnants of a partially-eaten burger "with the works" could be a clear sign of high intellect and superior intelligence.:thinking:
