Apocalypse Now is one of the best movies I ever saw

I don't see many movies nowadays. When I was young I often went to the cinema. The top three films ever for me are:
1. Un giornata particulare (sophia Loren and Marcello Maestroiani)
An Italian homosexual has to hide from the fascists. A beautiful woman gives him shelter. Their minds feel attracted. A one day non physical love affair. A complete film with only two (amazing) actors.
2. Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf (Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton).
A heavy emotional fight between man and wife in a bad marriage. Also a complete film with mainly two actors.
3. Being there (Peter Sellers). He shows us how idiotic the establishment looks when you change the perspective.

Apocalypse Now is one of the best movies I ever saw
Apocalypse Now was amazing. Apocalypse Now Redux was a huge disppointment, because (1) most of the added scenes were really boring and (2) it reminded me how terrible Dennis Hopper was in the original. I had mercifully forgotten that performance until I saw Redux.
And speaking of great movies - BLADE RUNNER.
