back with my first boyfriend we never did a lot of cleaning out. We were versatile with each other and we just made sure that the one whos turn it was to bottom went to the bathroom at least 45 min before we got started having sex. That way anything that was left over was usually reabsorbed by the body after 45 min. and we never really had a problem with poopy butts. That was like a hundred years ago though. nowadays if i'm going to bottom i make sure i clean out good with a hose. I've seen what comes out of that thing. I wouldn't want to put anybody else through that... lol
