Take lots of fibre (e.g. chia, flaxeed, psyllium) with each meal. They'll help ensure elimination is more complete with far fewer "messy bits" left. The market is such that to plug the gap of those who are worried about keeping their runway clear, there're fibre supplements specifically to help address this situation.
