List of the acceptable file hosts

I'd like to know if there is a list of acceptable file hosts, because there used to be one. I found only a list of banned file hosts. I think if there was a list of acceptable file hosts, it would help the members...

A few hosts (Secureupload, Datafile, Xenubox, etc.) are a real problem.

@ Secureupload: It is not a problem that I'm not understand how to load from there for free. The problem is that I can't download from that file host.

@ Datafile: To download an averige size video clip from there takes 1 day and 15 hours!? I know it is free download, so I can't expect fast speed. But I think in this forum we must be able to download for free by reasonable time.

@ Xenubox: Thanks for uploaded stuff, but it is just impossible to download the video in 10 ko/s.

In my humble opinion some hosts should be banned or if there are issues with a service the poster must use at least 2 different links.

major rule like on all other hosts:, as FREE user you have to IGNORE ALL COLOURED BIG BUTTONS on download pages!

Other times I expressed my concerns, comments and criticisms on this issue, but I was attacked viciously by paladins of various filehost.

They can continue to do so freely, but they can not stop me reiterate a concept clear and unassailable:

if you put limits or obstacles to download, it is not true sharing.

I have posted on this topic before. It was in a thread like this one I titled<<RACE TO THE BOTTOM>> where I said there seemed a trend to see how low a speed of a free download could be. From this tread I learn there really is a race. I also leaned how naïve I was because of my post. Many of the extremely slow download companies are owned by the "Paladins". They understandingly do not want to give away a video if they can sell the person a "premium membership". (I actually wanted to pay for the premium membership with one company and they declined my Visa card even though my card is honored everywhere). Then I found that this company also posts in other venues. SO... it is a business for some folks. Expect them to defend their business venture. But the question is still valid in my mind. At what point does "free" become meaningless?. There are so many nuisances associated with free like pop ups, adverts, using Captcha, long waits to download the next video and the list goes on. And I am not against any of those things. But then to reach the video download and wait 4 hours to a day for it to download it is reaching the definition that free is meaningless. So now I just avoid the companies that do not want us "freeloaders". I will never again be tricked into buying a "premium membership" from them again. I will stick to the tried and true download companies and buy the premium memberships from them:rofl::rofl:.

I have never bought a premium membership with dl-services. I add it all in my jdownloader and am a patient man. Sometimes it queues up, so when jdl is finally finished I have almost forgotten about the vids.

I am sorry it was unclear. Let me start over. Unknown to me at the time...some of the Paladins here own download companies. I have no problem with that. But they often obtain the videos on the net and then repackage by posting them in a thread they post here (and other download sites). For them, "Free" sucks if you have a business that depends on "premium memberships". I am addressing that they set the bar so low that it is ridiculous. I have not run into a 1 kps download yet but that should qualify as "FREE" just as much as 10 kps. :thinking::? The Paladins defend the low speeds whenever this thread returns. It is in their interest to do so. I hope that explains what I was trying to say. My attitude now that I have learned more about this subject is to live and let live. I avoid the known abusers and will never purchase a premium membership. there is too much other good porn and many decent download companies competing. I will support them. OK?:thumbs up:

crying ppl who still cannot lot load quick enough.

if you want to load quick then go buy a membership on a pornsite for gods sake!

if you want to have absolutely free sharing then you need to go to p2p site like torrent or donkey, where you are sharing with your very own traffic.

face it finally: using filesosts regardless if it does pay or not does generate money for someone!!!


i only can speak for myself, i do not post that much that it does generate me an income, if you share things you have to take care about your privacy which costs some money too, running a own website as well, i cannot effort to share on so named free host where i have to pay for storage and get nothing back or using a fileshost which is killing your account same minute after the first bunch of dleted files...
