You're absolutely right, it is better to tone it down.

The fact remains that if I say that a particular filehost is not in accordance with the fundamental principles of sharing, it seems to me that does not offend any member of the forum.

It should be an administrator of the filehost or his delegate to disprove with deeds and not with words.

But we all know perfectly well that things do not go that way. However it is not a problem, anyone can use the host he prefer, the important thing is that do not restrict freedom of expression, if they are not violated the rules of the forum.

staff should ppl separate that way, those heavyposters who flooding the forum with 5 or more posts all day in vid/pic sections with repeats and leeches should be forced to use at least one mirror.

Why not just reward those people who post to free download friendly hosts to encourage other uploaders to continue uploading to those hosts.

Thats one of the problems, while we would like to be able to reward those posters who actually use free user friendly file and picture hosts we haven't come up with something that we can use as a reward ... but we're still trying! thanks

a so named "serious filehost" (ridiculous name since they all make money with this content)
will kill your account by the latest after te third bunch of deleted/reported files!

nowadays a guy who is using these hosts is paying for your enjoyment beside the efforts he did...

so gift me 1500 Euros and i will buy one TB Rapidshare storage for a year for your DL pleasure! ... or better 2040 Euros for 2TB! that's a common storage space you will need these days.

btw alone for these prices RS should get banned from here but instead of doing this your decisions were made only by personally likes or dislikes from a handfully of ppl and only from the view of the happy lazy downloader obviously! ... meanwhile i know how i have to call this... :shh:


so while the most of you here throwing all these ppl who using other hosts into the same pot i still hope that there's at least still a tiny part of ppl who can separate a bit more.

a free loader needs to handle a download tool like JDownloader that's a fact regardless if you have to wait one or 10 hours between two downloads... if you want to load 3 or more files within a day from here from all these kind of hosts you will need to use it.. mo matter if it's RGator Lumfile or all these other "allowed hosts" here.

a funny thing is once i made a tutorial here to use a automatic captcha reading tool which is still perfectly working for jdownloader for a convienient way to download as free user with JDownloader and my post was removed from here because of this reason " it's agaainst the goal of this forum"

I'm pretty sure Jdownloader could handle a 1 kb/s dl, but IMHO such a FH should be banned.

sure such "1kb" hosts should get banned too and they actually are.. but i stll do not understand why Secureupload is banned... it has 60-100 kbs for free users, Jdownloadr supports it and there are 2 "happy hours" there every day...

this allowed list is far away of the use of common sense imho....

if you want to use clean filesharing you need to switch to a p2p community and make familiar with the safe use of torrent or donkey clients. everything else is crap

I mean, it's not because Jdownloader make dl easier with a sh*** FH that it make it acceptable...

For SU, i am not a heavy dl but i find it not very free dl friendly, and it's 1 dl/22hours... I'm sure there are worse, but also better...

I don't know how the list was made, but i bet it didn't fall from the sky!

Maybe there should be a thread for feedback about FH, dl and upload sides, with moderators since it's sensitive

you did not read my rearlier post didn you, ... jdownloader can download without waiting times if you once set it properly... so it does no matter if you would normally have to wait one hour or one day

u can be shure i do know where it comes from and i spent endless hours to discuss these issues privately with no result... its just frustrating



internet traffic does cost money you dont understand it?

as free loader who is using filehosts not only once a day you have to be patient and u need to handle download tools... or switch to p2p if the saying "take a little, give a little" means something to you...
