Some people in the USA are going to K Mart stores and paying off the balance on other people's items they have on hold until the presents are paid for.

One car dealer owner even stepped up with $16,000 to do this for complete strangers.

Many poor folks thought they would not make the final payments in time to give the gifts on December 25.
Imagine their surprise to find someone paid the balance due !

A Google search for, "Kmart Layaway Angels," will bring up links to this neat idea.

Santa is getting some help !
