On March 9 2012, Friday night's live Ultimate Fighter show on FX, Cochrane suffered a split decision loss to James Vick. On the score, he fell short, and so he had to pack up and headed home. He fell his attempt to earn a spot on this season of The Ultimate Fighter.

Big surprise? No, he was involved for publicity reasons and was likely told as much. His stats and his past really don't support the machismo that they hope to establish. Which IMHO is truly the funny part because a bunch of non athlete, sports watching men are doing so for reasons they don't even understand. WAKE UP, you have a bit of gayness in you if you like to watch certain men go against certain other men in battle. If battle was the only focus then you would not request to see particular match ups. Why would a fan want to see only select fighters go at one another? While they themselves may not even realize it, there must be an attraction to certain contestants. So funny how many men don't even realize their attraction to other men. Ha, ha, ha!
Not to mention that if you are in 16 scenes (not counting BTS stuff where he shows much connective behavior with his scene partners) you hardly were "forced" into these connections. He is very cute still but his comments do not support his behavior.

He was a great top and bottom, especially with Billy. Anyone know what happened to Billy?

Vick was taller, but Dakota was more muscular and has a better record.
The fight was pretty boring compared to all the others. Many of the other fights made me cringe. There was still blood staining the ring from previous
fights.
I think there were three judges. 1st judge scored them
9 to 10 in favor of Vick, 2nd judge 9 to 10 in favor of Cochrane, 3rd judge 9 to 10 in favor of Vick. So Dakota lost by one point.
IMO, neither of the guys fought like they REALLY wanted it. Dakota should
have been more aggressive knowing that his gay porn past might negatively
affect his scores.

I loved him on Sean Cody. Loved even more when he fucked his buddy.
I found him very vanilla at SC, not one of my favorites and very obviously gay-for-pay. I hate to hear when one of these guys regrets doing porn. When you are very young and your brain has not developed fully you will do things that you regret later, most of us are fortunate not to have those regrets digitally recorded and preserved for eternity.
