Legally, in most states adultery is not a criminal offense. The only way it could be interpreted as such would be if Clinton, as the Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces Of America, was to be considered subject to The Military Code Of Justice, under which adultery is a crime. None the less, even under those circumstances did he do anything to warrant all the drama that ensued. As for the morality of it...
