My Computer Performance Lagging Why is it doing this?, I have 4gb of ram and a i7 processor with Windows 8.1 Update 1 installed, its making me get frustrated. :hug:

Aww Thanks for the kind words & the suggestion and wishing me to get better soon, that's so nice and kind of you, Thank you again my friend :hug: & I hope i feel better soon to get a rid of this painful headache & i will take some energy drinks and regarding about the drinks, what kind of energy drinks do you mean? if you are talking about the V and Redbull ones, than i cannot take those cause awhile back when i did take them, it did something to my heart, which made me stop taking them permanently, but there are other energy drinks i can take like Gatorade.

Haiducii is right, drink a lot. Don't have to be energy drinks, mineral water does it too. Sometimes coffein helps, so some coffee too.

Headaches often come with backpain from sitting around too much, do some exercises for mobility.

You are right. I read about the negative effect of energy drinks on the heart.

But on the other hand, you don't need to use energy drinks when you have the power of youth. [joke]

Totally agree. It wasn't dirty, but maybe a wee bit untidy. And the biggest lie in the video - that you could do all this in no more than 3 minutes!!! Well maybe, if you're fast as Usain Bolt...
