My favorite female singer is Lara Fabian... male... I don't have one ^^
My female all time fav must and IS Lara Fabian She has a superb voice and she puts her soul in singing...she has some songs that make you cry involuntary 
As for male singers...hmm...dunno...it`s a romanian guy : Marcel Pavel
