Will this dude regret his tatoos later in life?

While I enjoy the odd tattoo, i think excessive displays tend to be a turn off at least for me, I have noticed lately that I am seeing more "whole arm" and "whole back" ones, the other day I saw a guy with one round his left eye, very strange place to put it, it certainly made him stand out, but will he regret it later in life, probably...

I am divided on what looks good and what is overkill...

I'm sure he makes enough money to survive just by looking like that. But I've had a few discussions with coworkers about guys who are overly pierced and tattooed about getting jobs. My take is if Zombie Boy knew what he was doing in the stock market and I wanted to invest I could get past the tats. Too many people are hooked on looks rather than ability. I'm not out to date these guys, but what they want to do to their body is their own right.
