No, that's a real picture of two people in a canoe.
I had cut that out of Life Magazine when it was still be written many years ago. I scanned it when scanners had first come out. If you look closely at the top right hand side, you can see a story on the other page coming through. I didn't realize I should have put a dark piece of paper on top of the picture when I scanned it.

first i couldnt decide if this pic is real or not. limpidity of the water, the reflections and values are captivating. looks so perfect to be real in this dying world. i wish i knew where this place is to add my hidden beauties list for further travels 9). and the name of the photographer would be great. but even they are not known it's still fabulous..

Life was a fabulous magazine that quit publishing probably 10-15 years ago. I wish I had save all of them. I was stupid than, and just cut out all the pictures I liked, rather than saving the whole magazine. So I can't help with this picture.

The first pic is awesome.
To me it looks like an island floating in the sky at the same height as the clouds, and taken from a plane flying just above.
It is just magnificent!!

Probably not the greatest photo in the world but this was impressive to look at! It's looking up at the roof of the huge Sony Centre in Berlin, took it with my phone camera this last Saturday.
