It's one reason I ain't too concerned that I don't have a job yet.. staying indoors curled up beside the fire is not a bad plan! .. tonight will be the coldest night of the winter so far say the forecasters !... down to minus 20 or even minus 25 in places!! Brrrrrrrrrrrr!

OMG wow that is coldd..yet here i was complaining about commuting in the 20 degree snow downfall.

Yeah ... tell us about it !! Our winter nights here in UK are typically minus 2 or 3 ..maybe the occassional minus 6 ... but we are having the coldest winter in about 40 years... some places had it down to minus 18 last night.. and it only got up to minus 9 during the day!

Tomorrow morning it's suppose to be -7 F or -22 C.
And tomorrow night -21 F or -30 C.
Yep it's cold and windy and snowy.
Haven't seen the blacktop of my driveway or the street in front of the house in weeks!!!

We are waiting for the snowy storm that comes from southern France... it's already windy outside and they say the snow will come tomorrow...

Well don't be generous and keep it with you, it is -3 in London. All side roads were I live have not been salted, nor the pathways. Unlike a lot of countries we are not obliged to clear our paths outside where we live. It is far easier to clear the snow when it has first settled and just put down ordinary household salt, then when it has gone rock solid ice.

I can't even imagine what it would be like to be able to walk outside in January without a heavy coat, gloves, hat, etc.
During the day if the sun is out here, you have to wear sunglasses because of snow blindness, you need them just cause it's sunny.
