No snow thankfully - it was just heavy rain !

They predicted snow for tonight... last time I checked the temperature was 1.5°C... maybe we get snow, maybe we don't
But they predicted it in german AND French TV and normally when both predict the same, we get it.

Well, I live about 3km away from the french border and we get the weather in our region normally from southwest, which means from France, so the forecast in French TV is more reliable ^^

I often have long days on a Thursday and leave about the time Melvyn Bragg comes on (with his dreary "Hulloo") . By the time I get home it's the evening repeat so it starts all over again )

Don't mind "Quote Unquote" , good bedtime listening , helps you sleep

it's getting colder again... no rain today

It's been warmer and rainy. This morning it was 35 F at 8:AM when I went out.
My driveway was a sheet of ice, since the ground is colder than the air temp.
So I slid the car down the driveway and went off to the grocery store. I knew it would be tough getting back in the garage when I got home, and it sure was.. took for running tries at it to get up the driveway and into the garage. Probably woke up some neighbors squealing the tires like I did.
By noon the ice was mostly gone.
Next week it's suppose to get back to normal temps. 10-15 degrees Fahrenheit.
