I'm sorry for deviating. I know I'm only supposed to choose yes or no. But as far as this topic is concerned I will say this: I believe that there is a higher power BUT I do not believe that this higher power needs representation--especially if that representation is a book written during a time when the world was young and people were generally afraid and clueless of the world and the nature of humanity itself.

Just what I was thinking.

Surprising number of 'yes' responses. I'd be interested to see the geoanalysis. I suspect Europeans are the most secular, but I might be horribly wrong.

I'd like to think the responses are evenly split, but I can't be bothered enough to go through the whole thread to find out.
