Although we've probably all seen it to death, I'll never forget how much I laughed the first time I saw Homer falling down Springfield Gorge.

there`s another one also quite cool, but before watching it, go for the white stripe`s video if you`re not familiar with the band just to make sure you`ll understand what going on

early episode where all the simpsons were wired up for shock therapy and they kept buzzing each other as the power wanes in Springfield.

Ralph Wiggums is always good for a quote

and

Mr. Burns: What do you think, Smithers?
Smithers: I think women and seamen don't mix.

So many favourite quotes! Here are some off the top of my head:

"From now on I'll no longer be known as Homer J. Simpson. I'll be known as Homer... Jay Simpson!"

"I'm tired of being a wannabe league bowler. I want to be a league bowler!"

"I bent my wookie."

"Bart, no!" // "What did I do?" // "Sorry, force of habit. Lisa, no!"

"It's just a little airborne: it's still good, it's still good."

Aw my fave scene has always been when Moe gets a job on a soap opera and he and Homer spoil future plotlines for it.

Homer: Gabriella's baby shower will be invaded by terrorists... with sexy results.
Moe: Ooh! That's unexpected. What else?
Homer: Well, Sister Bernadette will leave the convent and start a softball team... with sexy results.

When (formerly-Sideshow) Bob caught Bart and Lisa snooping, he returned them home claiming them to be misbehaving.
Homer (I think?): Even Lisa?
Bob: Especially Lisa! ... but especially Bart.

My favorite is when Homer wants to kill Moe
and the deleted scene with Hans Moleman:
"Thanks God, now give me the rest, yeah easy, easy..."

Must. Kill. Moe. WEEEE!

I am a man of few words. That is all.

I want peas! //We all want peace! But how do we get it? //With a knife!

Feels like I'm wearing nothing at all-nothing at all-nothing at all! //D'oh! Stupid, sexy Flanders!

If you lived here, you'd be home by now.

The doctors said she died because of a burst ventricle, but I know she died of a broken heart. :(

:applause::thumbs up::thumbs up:
It might be a whole episode; a scene; a visual gag or a choice piece of dialogue. If like me you are a huge fan it could be difficult to choose that really special moment but here goes....

The family are driving at night...Homer swerves off the road into a stone masons yard...he runs into a statue of a particular animal...the dialogue is:

Homer: Doh!

Marge: A deer

Lisa: A female deer

gets me everytime lol :))

The simplest things in life are always the funniest

Granpa: you know, you remind me of a poem i can't remember and a song that may never have existed and a place i'm not sure i've ever been too.

amongst all the laughter the simpsons has given me over the years, the poignancy of this line has stayed with me. classic and pure class.
