Hello, thanks for making this thread :)

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can download Olympics torrents or even Usenet or any method; especially the Gymnastics, Swimming, and Cycling events.

Everywhere I've looked, the torrents are of Basketball, Boxing, Football, Rugby, and some Volleyball and Water Polo.

It seems that the large torrent groups are favoring the "macho" sports and ignoring the more popular sports during the Olympics. I am really shocked that I can't find any gymnastics torrents anywhere. Like WTF!

The last 2 Olympics in London and Beijing I was able to download broadcasts from Canada (CBC), U.S. (NBC), and U.K./Europe (BBC, Sky). Now there's barely any torrents floating around. What's going on? I am so frustrated! :(

Please help, thank you. Cheers

Amazing to see Van Niekerk cruising from lane 8 to win the 400 m in record time. Had he been in lane 5 or 6 he would be well under 43 s! Sensational...

US gymnast Danell Leyva stopped in the middle of his exhibition parallel bars routine to remove some clothing before finishing.

Ukraine’s Oleg Verniaiev decided to follow Danell's lead on his horizontal bar performance.

Yay for Belarus and Hancharou

A very difficult choice, but Hancharou (of Belarus) is my favorite athlete at the Rio Olympics:

A study in muscular smoothness. Exquisite! And so gifted. I'm in love with his face too. Happy gold-medal fondling, you precious stud!

Well with the UK national anthem being played so much recently it reminded me of this... Billy in-front of a celebrity audience, hence the camera cutting to footballers, and members of the Stones and other bands etc

Crushing day yesterday - Tom Daley, after outscoring everyone in the platform diving preliminaries on Thursday, came in last in the semi-finals and failed to advance to the medal round. There were no belly flops, just small mistakes on four out of his six dives.

I can't imagine what it would be like to not only have an Olympic dream dissolve publicly in front of millions of people, but to also have each mistake analyzed repeatedly by experts in slow motion on television. That's pretty much my worst nightmare.

There were lots of tweets from fans offering sympathy and support. But some found an alternative explanation for his poor performance.

Regardless, Daley did media right afterwards, though his emotions were still raw and he owned the errors and tried to reach for some perspective.

Note: It is almost impossible to avoid the contrast between Daley honestly facing his mistakes and disappointment, and Ryan Lochte's not-quite-apology to US TV interviewer Matt Lauer that aired on US television right afterward. Lochte maintains that his crime can be interpreted in different ways and that his only fault was a lie of omission.

A final touch of class - Daley could have bailed on the rest of the competition and headed out to a nice dinner with friends. But he didn't - he stayed and attended the finals last night to cheer on friend (and rival) Qiu Bo from China.

Staying in the hall and cheering on his friend Qui Bo - that's truly shows what kind of gold Tom is made of!!! Nothing can change or destroy that...
